A: You pay Maine Realty $500 up front, we help you market your property through the MLS service and we highlight your home on www.realtor.com with up to 25 photos and five marketed open houses per month advertised on www.realtor.com and the maine MLS. For a small additional fee of $60 we can also market your home through a high quality and high visibility sign in your front yard that alerts people that your home is for sale. At closing you pay the listing agent $500- that is the total cost to you- not a penny more. We help you all the way through the transcation from start to closing.

We take the hassle out of marketing your property- and we take care of all the legal disclosures. You handle all the showings, open houses and you
negotiate your price and terms- its that simple! You reserve the right to sell your home any time time
by yourself to anyone that you find on your own and pay no other fees! If a real estate sales agent or broker brings you a buyer through MLS you will pay them a "co broke" fee (2% to 3%) for
compensation. You never have to pay the 6%- 7% fee ever again!
Q: What if I want Maine Realty to list, show my house, and negotiate the best price and terms for me?
A: No Problem, at any time you can change your listing term and agreements with Maine Realty and we will
take over the full responsilbity of all aspects of showing your home, doing open houses, and handling offers and counter offers. In most cases
you will get this full service releationship under the norm of 6% or 7% commission charges. The choice is yours! If you move into a full listing agreement we even credit you back the $500 fee you paid up front plus the $60 fee!
Q: Will I be getting phone calls from potential buyers and other Real Estate Agents?
A: Only if you want to! Maine Realty can screen all calls so that you only get qualified leads- not other Real Estate agents.
Q: Will my listing have photos on the MLS and www.Realtor.com?
A: Yes, the Multiple Listing Service will have multiple photos of your home if you provide them to Maine Realty. www.Realtor.com will also
show case your listing with 20+ photos that you provide Maine Realty. If you do not have photos, we can provide for some to be taken
at a modest expense to cover costs only.
